Saffie Tide Clocks - Terms and Conditions


Saffie Tide Clocks promises to endeavour that all shipments of our products will be shipped in excellent working condition.

We will honour all genuine faulty returns with our Returns Policy (see below) and we reserve the right to determine if the product became faulty due to misuse or not following the instructions provided.

Saffie Tide Clocks will replace free of charge any Tide Clock returned to us that is found to be due to faulty manufacture.

All Returns operate on a 12 months return to base policy. This means that if the customer requires a replacement, they must return the product to us via our postal address and we will issue a replacement.

Saffie Tide Clocks will not issue a cash refund.

Returns & Refunds

If a Saffie Tide Clock's product arrives to you in a faulty condition, please return it to us and we will replace it. If the Tide Clock stops working at any time within 12 months due to a manufacturing fault please return it to us at our listed address and we will repair or replace it.

Please Note: If a Tide Clock has been returned and is found to have become faulty through misuse, neglect or wilful damage then we will NOT replace the product without cost.
